Everything Everywhere (aka EE), is the UK's largest mobile network operator and an internet service provider based in Hatfield. With around 28 million customers they are easily the largest mobile network operator in the UK, in addition to the EE brand, they also operates under the Orange and T-Mobile brands within the UK.
The company is a joint venture between Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile) and France Telecom (Orange), formed in 2010 with the merger of their businesses in the UK which was cleared by the European Commission on 1 March 2010. The existing Orange, T-Mobile and Everything Everywhere stores were rebranded in 2012 to create 700 EE retail stores in the UK. EE was the first in the UK to offer superfast 4G mobile services and they are rolling out superfast 4G mobile services throughout the UK with 37 towns and cities already covered and a further 9 to be covered across the country this year (2013). EE aims to reach 98% of the UK population with their 4G service by the end of 2014 as a result of their £15 billion investment program which has been running since 2000.
